First Resin Figure... HELP!

To glue your model you can use cyanoacrylate (fast glue) or epoxy cement. CA cement is fast drying (very fast, maybe too fast), but still I prefer it to the epoxy one beacuse it holds much better. CA in gel dries slower so if you have to positon the part you can use that one.
You can use any putty to fill and any paint to color your moder. I use acrylic paints so I give a coat of enamel primer to my models before painting.

Welcome!! I see these guys have you on the right track. Epoxy and CA are the glues to use. Remember the more durable joints are best done with Epoxy, especially it the figure is lage. What scale are you working in??

Be sure to throughly wash the resin pieces to remove the mold agent. Do this before glueing or painting or you could end up with a mess.

Face masks are good 'cause resin dust from sanding is bad!!

As the others have said CA is the best to use, for a filler I use Squadron Green Putty, one advantage with this you can mix it with small amount of MEK to make it into a liquid and apply it with a brush to fill small gaps. Won't affect the resin like it would plastic. I use both enamels and acrylics to paint after applying a primer.

Don't forget to "pin" the pieces together as you assemble. If it is a 1/8th, 1/6th or larger you can drill a hole in the center of the piece to attached, ie: leg, then another hole in the part you are gluing it to. Cut a piece of coathanger and insert into the holes and cement with 2 part 5 minute Epoxy. If you have a good angle......like the arms, glue the arms on, then drill a small hole thru the upper arm into the body and insert a brass or steel pin or "wire". Wash with Castrol super clean (fantastic stuff, also used as a safe paint stripper on all mediums of models). Prime with a LACQUER primer, Krylon and Duplicolor are the best. Then paint!

I don´t know what is the scale... I´ve won it without the box...and I have one doubt... it doesn´t look like resin ( resin is yellow or does it have other collors?) It looks like a injected kit ( grey...)
It is a Vampire Woman sitted on a grave... It is full of details... and it measures aprox. 4"(assembled)

Isn't a coat hanger a bit big? I use paperclips, and they do the job fine... (Well, on small kits, I haven't got anything too big yet... )

Resin can come in any color... I have a kit that was molded in green resin even!

It's usually white though, I think...

To avoid destroying this vampire figure, I´ll try to practice with one anime resin I´ve just bought.
It will need lots of sanding, filling & patience... there is a HUGE quality difference between the 2 figures... the vampire is almost perfect (no seams, no holes...) the anime is full of seams, holes...
Let´s see how it ´ll looks like...

Sorry, can't provide much help. These pics are pulled off the hobby-online website which sells the figures. When it comes to figure painting, I am definitely a newbie. I do have a post in this Forum on my first real figure kit, Spiderman. Big advantage was no flesh to paint . I did a google on Countess Kranstein and found several built ups but not much in the way of description.
There are several good magazines out that deal with figure kits and I have seen some good write ups on this and other kits.
