(Cold War 1970 - 1990) Soviet Air Force ground crew and gear

So two things.
First I am looking for some figures to do a diorama of a Soviet Air Force hangar for the fictional 1:48 scale Mig-37 Ferret Stealth plane and I can not locate any ground crew figures that aren't either WW2 or current Russian details.
Also need some reference images (I haven't found anything yet) and I am thinking of building out some items like tool carts, APU's, Generators, weapon racks, etc...
Can you guys give a little nudge in the right directions for these?
