Yeah I wanted to make a 1/35 hankerchief for him but than I realized it wasn't tactical!

Now to your questions:

I had to use epoxy putty (Milliput standard yellow-gray) because the legs were in styrene. If they had been in resin I would have used "Cernit"; it's a kind of clay used for doll-making that hardenes in the oven. I prefer Cernit because it can be modeled easily and it doesn't harden until you put it in the oven.
The head gear is or better was a PASGT helmet cut and filed to look like a MICH. I also made a head with the bike-helmet (Pro-Tec) because originally I was up to make a BHD-dio but then I changed my mind.
Last but not least the grip on the M4 is self made, since you can't find any on the market, yet.

Those are some great looking D-boys (the one on the right in the first picture looks like he's going to sneeze! All that dust the little bird is kicking up no doubt. I have some questions. First of all, what kind of putty (if it's anything special) did you use on the kneepads? They look amazing!
Secondly, is the headgear your own choice and making or just what came with the head? I was gearing up for a helmet-made-entirely-of -modeling-putty-thon so my riders could sport snazzy black bicycle helmets.

My solution for deltas can be seen here:

They are meant to be actual Deltas (as seen on pictures made in 2003). I used a kneeling soldier and modified the posture to make him seated and added kneepads with putty. The bust is a modified DML Delta (I added some pouches like the TAC-10 Vest should have). You probably noticed that I haven't finished painting them!
I made a mould of the legs ,two busts and a head.

Concerning the Blackhawk take a look at my site ( http://avus.esmartdesign.com ) under the projects section. I used a steel rod (1mm diameter) and bent it into shape. Since the whole thing is a little shaky I will add a second rod on the other side. Then I'll cover both rods with a shoesting to simulate the rope.
I will make some busts with the ranger body armor (different from the army one) and ranger equipment. Then I'll take some arms and legs from DML kits and modify the postures. Something like I did with the Deltas on the Littlebird.

Thanks guys! I am finding all sorts of cool things i need (and some I don't) at greatmodels.com. As for the thread, they have some cool ideas but are making it WAY to hard on themselves. Either attach the heli to the top of the case or use a clear plastic post!!! The fast ropes have gotta be SOLDER to look right!!

With that, do many moddlers (sp) use solder any more? I havn't really seen a mention of it around but it could just be so basic that no one talks about it. :/
