Figure is an 80mm metal casting, painted with Winsor & Newton oils.

Mike, Dan, Wayne, Richard, Keyworth, Joe, Thanks for the comments, glad you liked it.

Mike, The casting was from a Company called Series 77 Miniatures. They have been OOB for quite a while. The LHS had a closeout sale on them a few years ago & I bought several for my stash. Slowly working my way through the dwindling pile.
