I dont, for one simple reason. When i put their helmet on you cant see them.

However. I do color in the whites of their eyes, and i do dab a bit of color in for their pupils/retina.

I'm refering to 1/35 scale figures.

I usually do...and I wind up drybrushing them on with a couple of different shades of one color.

Depends on the scale, but yes, generally you should paint as much detail as you feel you are happy with.

In painting a face of a soilder, is there a need in going into the deatails such as painting the eyebrows for example?
