Tamiya makes a 1/35th scale farm animal set that has a donkey in it.

that sounds like it would be a good humorous topic, you'll have to share that one when you get it finnished.
that's like the albanian kids when I was in Kosovo, my buddy and I were on a check point and these kids would always come and hangout with us so we eventually let them put on our battle rattle gear, I have some good pics of my crazy albanian kids play fighting with our gear, I'll post them on rons site. it was a lot of fun sometimes in the "VO"

Advice sought for a scene from Iraq
Posted by Anonymous on Monday, April 28, 2003 7:57 AM
Hello everyone:)

Just a note of advice sought for the above subject.

This was viewed on CNN (you may have viewed it as well)

The scene was basically a roadside US Army checkpoint with

A US GI on check point duty and an Iraqi citizen riding a donkey

The scene just begs to be modelled...really:)

I'd like to re-create this in 1/35 scale. Can anyone advise what is available out there that will allow me to make up this diorama in the way of suitable soldier and civillian and donkey figurines.
