drum and pipe band 1/64 scale

any links to Perry brothers?red laancer? did a Google on them but couldn't find them.
i've found swordofthephoenix but that hadn't got what i was looking for.

Look at one of the figure companies, like Red Laancer and check on the Phoenix Miniature 30mm Pipe bands.25 mm should be 1/72 scale or about and 30mm is a little larger, so close to 1/64

If I'm not mistaken, 25mm is roughly 1/64. So a search of 25mm wargame figure websites should reveal an answer. I'm also assuming a Highlander/Scottish theme, what time period? The Perry brothers have 28mm American War for Independence command sets with pipes and all.
