                        Hi All,
                        I just got a kit of figures off ebay, the Dragon Elite Series, : Somalia '93.
                        I need to know if the Delta Boys wore hockey helmets or if some opted to wear the rag / bushie hats . it has on the front of box 2 figures with helmets and 2 with floppy hats??

                        If anyone out there knows anything it would be of great help.

                        Dealt with SF and Delta boys in Kuwait. In a nutshell, they wore what ever they felt like wearing. The Spec Ops boys are given quite a bit a leeway when it comes to their uniforms.
                        For someone who doesn't do a whole lot, I sure get blame for a lot.

                        So it would look good with any kind of headgear on? All hockey helmets might be a litle boring.

                        the helmets are Pro Tech helmets that are used parachuting there are two types, a full head helmet the the SEALs use. you should change the kit helmets to the normal type like used for skateboarding and like was in the film BHD

                        from what i have read delta likes to ware them in city fighting so they do not hit there head on the door way when clearing a room
