I make my own insignia...scan or download the insignia, the bigger the image the better. Crop as needed in your photo editor and save it as a .jpg file. Import this into your word program as clip art ans resize as needed. Print it (at highest resolution) on white paper, seal it wit decal film fromn Microscale and apply it with thinned white glue then over coat with Dulcoat. You could also save the document to disc and bring it to a professional to print on decal paper using a color laser printer. You will need to paint the area for the decal white, however, since these printers do not have white ink.

Remember, if the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.
