Royal marine figures?
Posted by Anonymous on Tuesday, December 14, 2004 7:48 PM
Hi guys,

I'm hoping someone can throw some light on this one,

My late father was a Lieutenant in the British Royal Marines during WW2 and for years I have been searching for a nice figure around 90mm or so.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

The only manufacturer I can think of is the "Imperial Gallery". It's a company based in Great Britain that makes 120 mm figures. They have two Royal Marines, but one is from Trafalger, and the other is a Marine Commando from the Falklands war. I couldn't see anything about a WWII Marine. Perhaps you could convert a commando figure or some other type of WWII British figure? Dream Catcher figures, Verlinden, The Firing Line and others all produce good British figures, all in 120mm however. Hope this helps.
