Well, it depends upon what branch you wish to portray...SS or Heer.
Heer would generally have the typical Feldgrau wool tunic and trousers, while the SS would generally have some variation of camo pattern, although many SS units wore the conventional Fledgrau tunic and trousers, usually in the M40 variations...
