Does anyone know of a source to purchase scale figures in either plastic, wood or metal of a Hebrew priest and some farm livestock? Building a 1/30th scale diorama of the Taberncale mentioned in the book of Exodus. Thanks!

I think you're going to have to "convert" (pun intended) some other figure for your rabbi. 1/35th scale shouldn't be too difficult, but I haven't even heard of anything in 1/30th scale. Confused [%-)]

Model Museum is right about the rabbi. Check out the good figure sites, http://www.redlancers.com and http://www.sentinelminiatures/com for some of their ancients. Live stock should be easier. You can either get Tamiya's livestock set from most hobby shops or consider Andrea's oxen (both are set up to be pulling a cart, but one could be resisting becoming a sacrifice.) Other thatn that, do a search for Britain's Miniatures. They have lots of animals in 54mm.

Remember, if the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.

Hi M14MSGT,
Interesting subject, I'd like to see it when finished, if thats possible.

Just thought of this. Warrior makes a 1/35 scale Northern Alliance and Taliban figures, these may work as conversions. With some work they would produce nice looking Priests from the OT.
