I purchased these little guys at a garage sale. It did not come with a manual. Is there anywhere on the internet to print off the manual, or at least a color chart for these guys.

Here you go:

Here is the link since the pic does not come out that detailed, click on Other Picture B:
http://www.1999.co.jp/asp/GoodsDetails_e.asp?Bno=&Typ1_c=102&Typ2_c=103&Typ3_c=617&SPage=2&SC=36&SN=Military+1%2F35+%28Soldiers%29&It_c=10000220&andor=0&scope=0&scope2=0&thumb=1&sortID=1&urikire=1&sort_sort=0&ItKey=&app_url=shop_right_e.asp

The above is the back of the box, the only instructions they come with. It is from this site, which has instruction scans for all the models they sell:

Great site.

Yup, they were modern for early to mid 1980s, when they were released as part of the Tamiya M2 Bradley kit. They were further released with two additional figures and updated with M16A2s and an AT-4 as Modern Desert Troops just after ODS in '91. They were fine for ODS through about late 1990s. Became outdated when we went to IBA vests. Still usable, just depends on how you define modern. I won't go into the quality of them, just that they are not up to current standards.
