First, some netiquette, typing in all caps is considred to be shouting an rude.
Okay, to the figures.
Academy has a set of French figures covering the 40's and 50's. heller has had a few French figure sets and one of their equipment sets has French style helmets, machine and sub machine guns. Don't know if they're still in production, though.
Warriors, I believe, have a 4 figure set of Japanese attacking.
IIRC, Italeri had some Italian WW II figures. Don't know if they're still in production, either.
Go to http://www.redlancers.com and do a search for the nationalities you want and you should get a good sampling of what's currently available.

Remember, if the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.
