Accurate female figure kits
Posted by upnorth on Saturday, June 14, 2003 12:51 PM
Here's a question I posed quite sometime ago and it seems to have slipped of the edge into oblivion. I'm going to ask it again as there are now a whole lot more folks in the forum than there were when I first asked.

I'd like to know where I can get some accurate figures of female military personel and civilians.

I'd love a larger scale full figure or bust of a WWII Soviet Air Force female fighter pilot.

Even smaller scale stuff like a couple of female pilots and ground personel to fit into a diorama with a 1/48 modern jet would be great.

The main point is that I'm looking for ACCURATE body proportions and correct uniform representations.

I am definitely NOT looking for those fantasy figures that are more from the pages of skin magazines.

Anybody know who makes what I'm looking for?

A Belgian company called Belgo Models used to have a decent number of WWII area (and earlier) civilians, including women.
