Hi Mark,

I've been looking at 'green stuff' or 'blue and yellow' to create a master from the ground up. Then I'll make the mold and try casting it in resin.

I'm a long way off...I have been reading up on it, but it could be a month or 2 before I get started.

I will post when something happens.

Cheers,

David

I haven't tried it on a small scale yet, but I've been planning to go off in that terrain for a while. I've done some 1/6 scale heads in resin that have turned out really nicely, but never an entire figure in 54mm.

I'm thinking of doing some metal-casting. Is that what you have in mind?

Please keep us posted. I, for one, would like to see what you come up with.

Take care,

Mark

I am interested in having a stab at sculpting my own figures and creating molds. I have found some references for materials and manequins, but I wondered if anyone have tried it here.

I'm interested in 1/35 or 54mm scale. It's hard to find existing figures for my needs.

Cheers,

David
