Ditto on the olive. I use Gold Ochre with a dark brown like Burnt Umber and then maybe a touch of green as a dark base and then lay in streaks of straight gold ochre with progressively lighter tones of same, and then a mix of light tan and perhaps a touch of yellow here and there. You might also use a little straight white as an extreme highlight, but use it sparingly.

Try using a little olive...very little...in some of the shadow areas. Blonde hair kinda looks as if it has a little olive green in it at a distance.

Thats an oil color.Oils blended better than other colors,so its better for figure painting and washes.
You can find it at any art stores.
You can also use some sand color like Humbrol's 63 or 94.
With varius mixes with white or even with Yellow lightly drybrush over darker base color.
Some light washes with some earth color and you're finished!
