Don't know of any specific ground crew figures in 1/32 scale. There really are not many 1/32 figures at all out there. You could go with 1/35 scale figures, they are close enough. Look for mechanics or regular Vietnam era soldiers that you could modify to look like groundcrew by leaving packs, gear, and weapons off of. DML/Dragon has a pretty good selection of Vietnam figures.
