Need help with figs (new at this)

Hi guys, I am new to painting figs and am wondering if you guys know of any "how to" links or some other sort...

Any help would be great!

Several other forums have article sections that are pretty helpful.
Missing Lynx, Track Link are two, and even the Vallejo website has a nice SBS article highlighting the use of their paint to paint a figure.

Other sites that have alot of info just in their postings are Planet Figure, the Clubhouse, WW2 Modelmaker and TimeLines.

Hit the archives here on FSM and you'll also find alot of useful info buried in postings.

try pick up some of the old Verlinden books on figure painting as these will give you a good appreciation of how to use oils which is the most forgiving way to paint faces
