Some washes & dry brushing would help bring out detail & give more dimension to the figure. As it is, it looks more like a toy than a model.

Gotta love the Hulk!

I would suggest before anything else, you might want to consider taking care of the seams with some putty and sanding. The seams on his arms and shoulders are quite evident.
Then, apply your base color again, give him a nice wash, and then dry brush him lighter shades of your base color.
