Your everyday plastic tamiya tank crew at rest and dragon normandy tank aces figure sets:

Verlinden has a ton of german tankers with relaxed poses:

I got a limited edition tamiya tiger I late with ace commander and crew (looks like michael wittman's crew on the 007 to me) and they are sitting everywhere close to the turret.

I appreciate those links, but I'm looking for some in their positions IN the tank seated.

Ohhhhh...

Think you might have to do some heavy conversion yourself on that.

I think Verlinden, Warrior and Jaguar may have produced seated panzer crewmembers. I've seen many tank commander and driver (usually the upper half of the body) figures come with kits. You should consider converting Dragon's German Half track crew or even Tamiya's Kubelwagen driver figures.
