The ones that came with the old Marx WWII playset are pretty good. The stretcher crew in particular. Nice detail and historically acurate uniforms and weapons. They are also on the small side of 1/32nd scale, so they will work okay in 1/35th. I used them once when I was young.

Most of those figures are scaled at 54mm, closer to 1/32 than 1/35. Body size differnces are not that critical, but you'll see some major differences in arms and equipment.

Remember, if the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.

toy solders  the type you find in the dollar store?

i have tried .

some come out ok to use in dioramas dependin on the manufacture .

you know some are too big some a little too small but here and there i find 1 or two that are the right size besides people come in different sizes anyway .

the bags are usually clear so you see what is in them if i see even one figure in the bag for $1.39 it is worth it

sometimes even for a head or hand  or half a body
