Oh, no problem. I probably shouldn't have said anything anyway. It's not that big a deal. As long as it helps the original poster better his abillities, that's all that matters. Big Smile [:D]

Actually, I'm not the original poster. Just another friendly fellow modeler like you answering a plea for help. Smile [:)] I paint in oils anyway.

Hey!

Why dont you try to look for a green that is close enough from the Valejo line?

There are so many german colors, I think about 16 with the words "german ww2" on them and several more that dont mention it, but are used for german uniforms. These are the best Acrylic paints for figures! I have them and use them.

Stug,

Steel Dog hit it on the head. Just remember not to lock yourself on one particular shade. The colors varied depending on the manufacturer, fadind from use, etc. This is specially true with DAK uniforms.

Hi Stug , again Cant comment on MM colours unfortuntley, theyre not really a  brand i use However .

I did used to work in the miltaria trade and I've seen many original examples of these tunics and trousers . I can tell You there are many shades of what would amount to the same colour Prescription "Reed Green"  ranging from a deffinite Dark Forest Green to a Bright-ish bottle green and when it fades  all commonly take on a slightly bluey tinge , dont  over do it though in1/35 th scale

KSmile [:)]

Here's an example.

No clue what you would use for MM paints, but I think it should be pretty clear. It's a dark green color.
