Is it coming UPS/Fed Ex, or USPS? Usually, they can track it for you if
you call them. We often have to track shipments to customers. UPS
Ground is 5 to 7 business days usually. When was
your card charged? That should be an indication of when it actually
left the warehouse, because most companies don't charge the customer
until the order is ready to ship. If it was backordered, then it won't
leave until it's in stock. It's customary to inform a customer if a
product isn't in stock and give them an idea of when it will be, but
I've found that many companies, including coworkers of mine, don't make
that call. No one wants to bear bad news. If you have concerns, give

and ask them what the status is. They can track the package.
