looks like you gotta go through that Tamiya set of Tank Crew at Rest 35201, the bunch of Dragon sets, and even the Tristar set and do a mix and match.  The Tamiya set doesn't use molded on headsets and I don't think the Dragon ones has them either.

I seem to remember there is another Dragon set but oh well...  I only know some about plastic sets and have no clue in the resin department.

I need to find a kit or multiple kits for the full Tiger crew (of 5?) and I need all the figures to be full body and without molded on headphones and other things like that, I don't mind altering them, but it would be nice if they already had the pose i needed- I'm looking for the group of them to be all standing around, maybe a few sitting, like they're taking a break and talking or laughing. As if someones telling a story I guess. Anyone have any ideas on a kit? I'd be happy to hear them.
