I think I know the one you're refering to. It was from the World Expo 2005 show held in Bostn this past July. While I can't say for certain, I am almost positive it is a conversion or original sculpt by the gifted Mr. Kariotellis. Who knows, he might be offering it as a commercial release at some point.

Try posting at Armorama in the Figures forum.  Costas is a moderator and frequent contributer there.

Help Identifying A Figure
Posted by Anonymous on Sunday, February 5, 2006 3:18 PM

Hi,

I am wondering if the community can help me identify a figure I saw in the Great Scale Modeling 2006 issue.  The figure was done by Kostas Kariotellis and is titled "The Spanish."  It can be found on page 27.

I think the figure is outstanding and if it's from a kit I wouldn't mind getting it.  Does anyone know if it is from a kit?  Or is this figure scratch built?

Thanks,
Brett
