I'm in the same predicament and am using some figures that I have already purchased and haven't assembled to make my molds and create additional figures. I'm finding that casting figures is a lot harder than casting personal equipment. There are several kits available for use in making molds. Alumilite is one and that is what I'm using. A good starting point is to purchase some of the poly vinyl figures to use and practice with. I'm currently trying to cast an IDF tank commander. for figures, you'll probably need to make a two part mold. Hope this helpsEvil [}:)]
