Flesh tone with Tamiya Acrylics
Posted by oleander13 on Sunday, May 14, 2006 2:10 PM

Anyone know a good mixture to come up with a realistic flesh tone using Tamiya Acrylics.  I find XF-15(Flat Flesh) to be etirely too orange?

Any help here?

Things could be worse. Suppose your errors were counted and published every day, like those of a baseball player. Life will always throw you curves, just keep fouling them off... the right pitch will come, but when it does, be prepared to run the bases.

Desert Yellow is a good base coat.  If you are looking at just using one application and not doing any washes and things of that nature, then add some red or brown and white.
