I think they all do.
Tamiya, Dragon AFV CLub, Warriors, Verlinden are starting points.
There are poses and and figures that may not specifically be labeled for the 251 but would certainly fit the vehicle or make for some very interesting vignettes. I know I have seen some specifically labeled as 251 crew from warriors and Tamiya. It will take some hunting but they are out there.
