Esci used to do a set of French Partisans that included a plunger. It is possible that Revell may re-release these the same way they have other Esci kits.
Here is a link to the only picture I could find.

There was an Italeri set, re-released by Revell, of German Pioneers with a Goliath remote control vehicle that had this.
The revell set is currently available on E-bay for under $5 (Plus shipping) for 10 figures and the Goliath.
Remember, if the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.
Tankluver:
You could use a crouching figure from any of the available kits and substitute the kit arms with one that match to the action. The easiest way to "make" a figure look like it is doing something is to "pose" in the mirror the action you want to portray. Then look at your figure and see what modifications you need to make to the figure.
I used to do this but now find it easier to use a 12 inch poseable figure to decide on my modifiications.
Cheers;
Gregory
