There are quite a number of Pirates of the Caribbean based figures, including at least 3 based on Johnny Depp's Jack Sparrow and a "zombie pirate" from Andrea which features a pirate with a monkey on his shoulder who are both half skeletal. Go to www.redlancers.com and do a search for "pirate."

Remember, if the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.

Reaper miniatures produces a fine line of pirates/wenches in smaller scales.

thier site is Reapermini.com but its not the easiest to find things at.

Ther are more individual figures from Reapermini.com in thier find my figure section, search for the drop down list on teh right side for Razigs Revenge for a list of figs.

Dark Maiden (I have already completed her, she is a fantastic masthead sculpt) and others from Razigs Revenge:

Skeletal Pirate Crew item 14073
Skeletal Gunner w/cannon  item 14084
The line is not extensive but its a very nice scultped set of figures in smaller scale!

Hope this helps!

Argh. It seems to be gone. If you type MPC pirate in google, you will see the link. I also get the blank page. I tried the wayback machine, that didn't help. I could not find a way to search the site. And if you go to Ertl, it says they don't accept unsolicited suggestions for kits. Sorry.

Here is a link that discusses reissuing the pirate kits.

http://www.hobbytalk.com/bbs1/archive/index.php/t-63531.html

If you read down far enough, there is an e-mail address to ask Ertl ( the current owners of MPC ) to reissue the kits.

Hva not seen anything on re-issue of the old MPC stuff.  Looks like Revell may rebox the old Peter Pan Pirate Ship as a Pirates of the Carribean release.

Verlinden has some great pirate figures, have you checked there? http://www.verlinden-productions.com/product_listing/the_pirates.html

Has anyone heard of plans to reissue the old MPC kits?
