Skillcraft Visible Head parts

Hello all. I have an old Skillcraft Visible Head model that I'd love to get together for my girlfriend teacher. Problem is it has a part missing and I can't seem to find any info on the company's wesite for this. The company is acutally Crafthouse which also appears to own Lindburg. Anyone have any luck getting missing parts from these people? Thanks.
