Benchman:

Check your local area for Jeweler Supplies or search on eBay (That's where I bought mine) for BEADING TOOLS. These make domed pieces in many small dimensions and would work perfect for punching out thousands of buttons from copper, styrene etc. Here's a set that I found with a search.

With a simple push of the tool against a hard rubber surface (I use a hockey puck) these will give you he result you are looking for.

Hope this helps.

Cheers;

Gregory

I'm posting this for a gentleman who's looking for a punch to make copper buttons for military uniforms.

I assume that he has some copper sheeting. He said the diameter he wanted to make was about 1.5 mm.

I know that there are probably some plastic rivets that might do.....but he seemed to have his mind set on copper.

Any suggestions on where to find a punch for this purpose??

Thanks,

Benchman
