Greetings

I am in the process of finishing the other Dragon Fallschirmjager from Gran Sasso rescue. I generally use windsor & newton artists acrylics and mix up my own colours but for this kit little mixing was required as i found that the colours were close enough on their own. I presume you are doing the splinter pattern camo? This is how I did mine: Base coat - buff titanium with a hint of yellow ochre. Brown pattern - burnt umber. Green pattern - sap green. Raindrop pattern - sap green with a touch of  ivory black. Once done, give it a blending wash of thinned out dark grey. If the blending wash has made the shpes disappear, just give each shape a thin wash of its original colour.

I hope this helps.

Arthur

Hi

I' building the Dragon Monte Cassino Fallschirmjager. Can anyone suggest paints for the smock and camo? The instructions suggest mixing paints but I would prefer to buy a close match in a bottle.
