Hi
    Guys

I was wondering does anybody know of any figures of the 3 Generals listed in the title that have them in their dress for the North African theater?

Thanks
Scott

ditto to that set.  though the mold is kinda old.  tamiya also had a special release of a 1/35 set of a shrinked version of their german winter machinegunner + rommel set from their 1/16 scale lineups.

Thanks
           Guys

But I got the famous Generals set and think the figures look pretty bad. Plus Rommel
looks like he is dressed for Europe not North Africa. Any resin figures you can suggest?

Thanks
Scott

The Tamiya 1/35 figure of Rommel, shrunk from their 1/16 kit, that comes with one version of their 1/35 Kubelwagen

http://www.hannants.co.uk/search/?FULL=TA89649

is pretty good. Though the figures in the Tamiya Famous Generals set are, on the whole, pretty poor, the figure of  Monty's not bad - he's close to scale height, and wears the sort of clothes ( he rarely wore anything which could be called a uniform) he favoured in the Western Desert.

Cheers,

Chris.
