To be really picky, the average Somali doesn't have tipical central African traits:

As you can see there are diffreneces in the nose, lips and skin color.

You might also consider Warriors' insurgents sets. There should be three or four sets: one with two hiding behind a wall, one with a firing man and a one carrying an RPG, one with two casualties and anotherone with a single standing figure.

There are no sets out there specifically of Somalis.  You would have to convert some other figures to look like Somalis.  They wore pretty much whatever struck their fancy, so no real uniforms to go by.  There are a couple sets of African tank crewmen by Warriors that might help in the conversions, and Hornet has African heads.  You could use some of the weapons from the DML AK 47/74 set to arm them with.
