Here's my oddly scaled built up "Hero of Normandie"(The nazi's said it I did'nt.) Micheal Wittman.  He stands on a tiger1 base, and sports a Knight's cross with oak leaves.  I sculpted him from an odd clay called classic clay,* exe belt, shoulder boards, & cross.  The belt & cross was inlay wax,& shoulder boards a firm grade of Chavant(Very good for this sort of thing.).  He like his companion the200mm SS sapper,I produce in kit form. Tell me what you think. Hope you all like it

*Too soft for fine work.

The devil is in the details...and somtimes he's in my sock drawer. On the bench. Airfix 1/24 bf109E scratch conv to 109 G14AS MPC1/24 ju87B conv to 87G Rev 1/48 B17G toF Trump 1/32 f4u-1D and staying a1D Scratch 1/16 TigerII.
