the overall effect of the camo, yes. remembering that a digital pattern print is rougly 3/16" to 1/4" on each pixel, with four colors of pixels overlapping to form one shade. Take a look at a swatch of digital camo material (you can get some inexpensively now at Walmart, its not regulation but looks great and I use it for model displays in libraries and such). You will see very ragged "bands" of color. A figure in that small of ascale is a viewing distance of over 60 yards away, you will see the most irregular of the outlines, and on a figure, it looks better to the viewer than trying to actually simulate all the dots.
