I know Carves, I will NEVER again think it is hollywood tying to make a soldier witha PIAT look like he is strugggling. Here is the link to my photobucket. Its all of the first page and the first 7 on the next. Not much but it could help.

That reminds me when I got my chance on holding and carry an MG34.

That thing is heavy (about 25 lbs), and it was not loaded.

Made me chance my attitude for laughing every war movie when they showed a soldier running so slow while carrying an MG34 or any other similar machine gun, PLUS his extra ammo box towards the front line.

Why not post them on Photobucket and provide a link?

Remember, if the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.

Hi all, I got to go to a WW2 Heritage place. I got lots of close up pics: Tommy Gun, .30cal air cooled MG, Panzerfraust, Jeeps engine, PIAT, German camoflauge patterns, Polish Airborne at Arnhem, US soldiers firing a .30cal., Grease Gun, Tommy gun, Garands, 03 Springfield, and British soldiers firng Lee Enfields and Stens. I also got Germans firing KAR98s. I also got a Russian uniform in the Black Sea region towards Sevestapool. Also there is a .30cal position and a mat of airborne equipment. It was fun, got to hold a PIAT (THAT IS HEAVY) and a bazooka. There are also a couple of others. Just ask and I'll post what you need. It's over 50 pics.
