Masterful work, Paul. Enjoyed the entire process. I'm saddened by the motive, but grateful for having watched you work. Peace be with you and your family.

Wow, just wow! In complete honesty, I have never seen a figure painted this well, even in larger scales. Im am at a complete loss for words. Amazing!

Absolutely love the figure. Great piece of work. The only problem, and it's not yours, is the base. To my eye, it's too evenly split between the rock and the soil. It looks like two separate bases. A check on the Seil site shows a number of bases like that. If I get that figure, and at some point I probably will, I'd either toss the base and make my own grouind work or add grass to the soil side and blend that over the edge of the rock in a more organic curve.

Remember, if the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.

Thanks a lot guys!

AJ, I hear what your sayin'. I've looked at it keepin' in mind what you've said, and I really don't have any issues with it, in respect to your point. You know, I think it could be one of those 'eye of the beholder' type things. What may work and look OK to some, may not to others. I take on board what your sayin' though, and if anythin' I think the rock may need to have a little more of a dirtier look to it. This also may blur the distinct nature of the two halves, in regard to your point, I dunno'. Cheers anyway.
