Any references to SEALs and other special forces using this? Since the military just transitioned to the new digital pattern, it seems odd they'd so quickly adopt something new.

As to replicating it, best bet would be to print the picture is as high a resolution as possible and use the Mark 1 eyeball you were assigned to match up the colors.

The Multi-Cam is still in the test phase.  It has not been fielded.  No word on when/if it will be accepted and/or fielded for wear either.  Just because a patten is in surplus/aftermarket gear stores, it doesn't mean it is in use or planned to be.  Take a look at all the crazy urban patterns and such that are only in the surplus stores and were never fielded.
