At long last, something other than WW2 German! Makes a nice change. Should be quite cheap, at least in comparison to resin figures. Lets hope their 'World Figure Series' actually becomes a world series, what other subjects would we like to see Tamiya produce? How about a modern British Infantry figure from Iraq? Or at least a WW2 US figure, maybe a ETO Airbourne figure (certainly more in keeping with the normal releases by most other companies).

I can not wait to get my hands on that baby!

I like the 4 set release of Tamiya 35133 1/35 U.S. Modern Infantry Set. And I really enjoy the Tamyia 3630x 1/16 German set release so this will be in the must buy list for me.

This would be in the same price range as the Tamyia 3630x 1/16 German set release one would think.

I am mostly an Auto (F1) Bike (MotoGP) modeler. However, I like how the Tamiya figure kits give me a quick change of pace and a quick challenge to keep my skills sharp. I like the price points, I can pick up a couple kits and not break the bank.

I hope to see more of the "Modern" line.

Jon,

Looks nice. I think any modern era figure would get some attention right now. I'd like to see an Army Aviator in full flight gear. AH-64 or 160th SOAR figure would be my priority.

Not sure how we get companies to hear our desires but if our feedback helps, lets pile on! Big Smile [:D]

Cheers,

Wade

A dog handler would be nice, I can only name 2 kits both1/35, a Vietnam-era US and a WWII German. I bought the US one and want the German. Out of curiousity have carrier pidgeons been released with a figure in any scale? Can you tell I'm an animal person?Tongue [:P]
