Hey Noah ... I saw this post the other day and thought I might be able to let it ride until someone with a more knowledge of Israeli stuff popped on. Most of the stuff that you seak is going to be an aftermarket product. Besides a couple of armour kits ... Super Sherman from Academy or DML, there isn't much on the market from the plastic dealers. Your best bet .... and it's going to be costly, is to check out a company called AEF Designs, they carry some Israeli conversion kits.

I know Verlinden used to make some Israeli figures at least. Possibly some tanks or conversion kits for tanks.
