Yes, they did, but they've been OOP for quite some time. The packaging suggested there would be additon al kits, but like their fast attack vehicle, this never came to be. There were four generic union riflemen is fatigue bluse and kepi in four stages of firing. IIRC, there was one guy ramming, one at the ready, one kneeling and firing and one biting the end of a cartridge.
I've bought a couple sets and they've wound up more for parts than anything else. The miuskets were way underscale compared to other 54mm figures.
