Big Green Army Men(Plastic)

havent seen the big ones in a loooong time. Maybe a dollar store?

Tried that....Im surfing Ebay right now looking for them in the wholesale toy lots...so far no dice....sure would be nice to find em. My wifes girlscouts went with me to our local figure club meeting this weekend and they want to paint some figures...so rather than buying really detailed figures....I figured I would try to find some of these and let them do it that way...that was one of my first painting experiences...Works great and its cheap!! Now if I could just find some...

What about the smaller ones? Ive seen a ton of these at Wally world. They even have big sets with tanks a stuff.Even our Hobbytown sells them. Could be a back up option for you.

Well from the looks of it Im going to have to go that route. I took my wifes GS Troop to our local figure club meeting on Saturday...they all wanted to "do something neat like that"...so instead of shelling out $$$$ for model figures for a first effort...I would use the large army men...NO LUCK. I have looked and looked and looked....none to be had. (maybe I could get rich making them ROFL!) So Im going to go pick up a bag of the small ones from wally world and let them do them next monday at the meeting...Tonights our Halloween party.

I know of at lease four Dollar stores in town here that carry them on and off. Keep looking they are out there. I collect the small ones, you may find them a second hand sores as well.

I think there is a company out there doing the old MARX big Army men.. A hobby Shop called "War and Pieces" in West Hartford CT had them recently. I think I may have a few of them around .. Heads chewed off by our dog or kids .. whatever. They also made great BB Gun targets.. Oh. the memories,

ROFL thanks for bringing that memory back butchy! Yes there was nothing quite like drilling one of these with my Benjamin Sheridan when I was younger.
