Do they still make these or are they all vintage now?

They were re-issued in the past year or so. All the LHS near me have plenty in stock.

Great, I've been wanting to try them out. How would you rate them?

By the way, thanks for the help on other threads!

They are not the best, but certainly not the worst either. Considering they were originally released in the mid -late 70s they are better than most of that age. They do go well with Monogram and other 1/32 kits of that era. Many equipment moldings such as weapons, e tools, bayonets, are a bit on the thick side and the details (packs especially) on the US figure sets are not 100% accurate, but they have a lot of potential. I am currently building their Japanese set and it is not bad. I built the British infantry set a few years back, since at that time it was pretty much the only game in town except for the ancient Tamiya set back then. Of course the Brit equipment appears spot on... go figureSmile,Wink, & Grin [swg] With some replacement 54mm heads they can really shine.

And youre very welcome for any help here.
