Looking for the holy grail

Got a question, I do believe it will be a silly one, but I have to ask to save myself a lot of searching time on the net...My father is looking for a 200mm figure produced by Kirin of a German machine gunner, guy is walking, machine gun in hand, cig in his mouth, bandage on his right wrist, and belts of ammo around his neck and looks to be wearing a heavy winter jacket. He tells me its OOP and hard to find. Anyone got a starting point to look for this. Thanks
