Looks like you have basically primed the figure. To get a tanned flesh color, I use Vallejo beige red and dark flesh tone in a 1:1 ratio. Adjusting the ratio gives me my highlights and shadows. For stronger highlights, I'll add light flesh and/or sunny skintone to the base color. Being a female, you might want to add just a touch of vermillion to the mix for the cheeks and a bit more for the lips. If you're not using the pasty, you could paint that area darker brown to pink. Of couyrse, you'll want to do some research for the correct color.
Remember, if the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.
