painting figure heads.

I am new to 54mm figures. I have a question about painting the heads. Do you paint the head before or after cementing it to the body? Any help will be apppreciated.

I usually drill a hole in th e bottom of the neck and place it on a piece of brass rod to paint he head before attaching it to the body.

Remember, if the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.

Whatever floats your boat.  Some folks paint heads separately; others paint the figure as a unit.  Try both and see which you like.
