what is the part in the red circle? I cannot figure out where it should go on the figure????

Not exactly my forte' here, but could it be the cape commonly seen in illustrations? Try fitting it around his shoulders.

Looks a bit small for a cape though....

Maybe it's the wig he wore at the discos, so he wouldn't be recognized. Tongue [:P]

Difficult to say from the pic.  It might be an untrimmed sash, but Napoleon did not wear a sash.  Figure looks otherwise complete with the sabre and bicorne.  The unidentified part might not be for this figure.

FWIW:  Is this an ebay purchase?  I saw this figure (or one exactly like it) listed on ebay.

YEAH, no box, no instructions, I am thinking it might be sprue it is so 90 degree angled that it may not actually be a part.

there is another one on ebay now same seller, for $20 less I can live with it. just wondering
